We‘re having our third annual crawfish boil on Saturday, June 21st at the clubhouse! Many thanks to Loic Le Guen for organizing this event. Please try to sign up on the website by the 14th so we know how much crawfish to order (can‘t buy locally, has to be flown in). We‘re going to have the usual fixings in addition to crawfish - sausage, corn, potatoes, etc. Loic is also going to make some gumbo for the event. Should be delicious!
