About this event
Organized but informal, low-key racing using the permanent buoys off of Petty Island for the marks and starting line. Great way to gain experience in close-quarter sailing and working with a crew under racing conditions. Results will not be recorded and points will not be tallied. Teams will be formed on the dock. Boats depart marina at 5:30 p.m. with racing starting at 6:00 p.m. First-mates must be experienced sailors. To sign up as a first-mate you must be on the MAR First-Mate list. To get on the MAR first-mate list, contact J.P., Jessica or John.
